I work as a Life Coach and help many women and men become the best version of themselves.

I also work WITH a Life Coach. My Coach. She is my cheerleader and she holds me accountable.

She gets me to my goals and results because she kicks me in the ass when I resist.

I have lots of personal goals.

I also have ALL the tools needed to get me there on my own.

BUT she calls me out, holds me accountable, and gets me to my goals faster than I would on my own.

I like fast. I don’t like procrastinating. I don’t like making excuses. I don’t like wasting time.

I have a busy life and I like fast. I like checking things off my list.

Once I get to a goal and the result I want, I don’t need to talk with her about that specific goal again. Because I’ve learned amazing skills.

Skills that I already know BUT with her holding me accountable, I have deadlines to meet. And I like meeting them.

As a Certified Life Coach, I know that accountability is crucial when it comes to achieving your goals. It’s easy to get sidetracked or discouraged when you’re on your own, which is why having someone to hold you accountable can make all the difference.

Accountability isn’t about being harsh or critical of yourself. It’s about being honest with yourself and taking responsibility for your actions.

When you have someone who is holding you accountable, it’s easier to stay on track and make the changes you need to make in order to reach your goals.

Accountability means that you have someone who is committed to helping you stay on track and to holding you accountable for your actions and progress. This can be especially helpful if you struggle with self-discipline or motivation, as your coach can provide you with the guidance and support you need to stay focused and motivated.

So, if you’re ready to take control of your life and make lasting changes, here are some tips for staying accountable:

Set specific goals: Having a specific goal in mind will help you stay focused and motivated. Be sure to write them down.

Keep track of your progress: Whether you use a journal, an app, or a spreadsheet, tracking your progress is important. It will help you see how far you’ve come and keep you motivated to keep going.

Find an accountability partner: This can be a friend, a family member, or a coach like myself. Your accountability partner should be someone you trust and who will hold you to your commitments.

Schedule regular check-ins: Make sure you have regular check-ins with your accountability partner to discuss your progress and any challenges you may be facing. This will help you stay on track and make adjustments as needed.

Celebrate your successes: When you reach a milestone or make progress towards your goal, take time to celebrate! Celebrating your successes will help keep you motivated and remind you why you started in the first place.

Remember, accountability is about being honest with yourself and taking responsibility for your actions.

But it’s also about being kind and supportive to yourself as you work towards your goals.

With the right mindset and support, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
